Meditation
Begin your day with a 15 minute meditation. Sit quietly and focus on your breathing. Visualize your body detoxifying. As you inhale, visualize healthy oxygen entering your lungs and blood stream. As you exhale, visualize toxins leaving your body.

Hydration
Ensure you keep well hydrated by drinking enough fresh spring or filtered water throughout the day, to help flush out your system. It’s important not to drink water with meals as this will dilute your digestive enzymes and prevent your body from assimilating nutrients.

Massage
Most types of massage will increase blood flow and assist your body in eliminating waste products and fatty deposits.

Rejuvenation
When toxins and wastes are removed from the body, optimal function is restored. During this process it is wise to eat only fresh and simply prepared nutrient-rich vegetarian foods.
