We all have day to day stress. You CAN leave it behind. How? Take a few minutes in a quiet space. Don’t have one at your home? Use Your Car with the Air On please, doors locked in an outside location and this can be a parking lot where you work. Now, close your eyes, take a breathe in through your nose, breathe out through your mouth, repeat two more times. Feel your body relax. Think of a happy time. Now bring this in with a deep breathe into your body, exhale, repeat one more time and continue to breathe in a natural, gentle rhythm. Have a beautiful day, blessings. Still having problems?
