Something has come up that I feel needs to be addressed. To all of my clients, and students, the reasons behind my prepayment plus 24 hour cancellation policy.
The prepayment policy is to reserve your session time with me and only you. The 24 hour cancellation policy is in place to protect us both. I send a text the day before the session reconfirming our appointment.
You may ask why I am bringing this up. I had someone contact me on a Saturday night at 7:30pm. I recognized the number as an old client. This person in their text to me asked if I could, please, please help. And, stated would pay me through paypal as soon as we were done. I assisted this person, yet they have refused to pay after I have sent several invoices.
Therein is why I have PREPAY policy now without exceptions.
